What makes us different here at Cringila Children's House?
We are a small not for profit, community based service that caters to children 18 months to 6 years old. We are open from 7:30am to 5:30pm daily and offer competitive fees for our area. We are so proud of our service and are always striving to achieve more and exceed in quality education and care. We would love for you to come in and visit us any time and look forward to meeting you and your family.
Preschool Education
We have a full time Early Childhood Teacher who welcomes our preschool children each day and spends time developing the environments, programs and knowledge alongside the rest of the team. Our ECT works closely with the Early Years Learning Framework, local primary schools and other community services, to ensure a smooth transition to school for all children.
Extra Curricular
As a service, we reflected upon the children's interests and focused on how to enrich their learning journey by venturing into the wider community.
As part of our ongoing program we will be offering excursions to:
-Cringila Public School (gardening, visiting the kindergarten class, cooking)
-Cringila Ovals (learning fundamental movement skills with volunteers)
-Cringila Community Centre
-Incursions
Toddler Program
Alongside our preschool program, we also offer education and care for children 18 months and above. We cater specifically for the younger age group and maintain links to the Early Years Learning Framework throughout the toddler educational program as well.

Our team of qualified educators are dedicated to providing children with a safe and secure environment to facilitate their learning, curiosity and development.
All educators hold current First Aid and Child Protection certificates alongside their qualifications.

I believe young children learn best when they are within a supportive and nurturing space to be and the curriculum is guided by quality anecdotes of the child’s learning. My goal is to continue to evolve professionally while still maintaining the services' core values including a homely environment, a comfortable space for families and a space where the children feel part of a bigger community.

Cringila Children’s House is a wonderful pre school with very personal, dedicated and caring staff. My daughter has been attending CCH since 12 months of age. In that time, she has thrived so much and has developed into a confident young individual. Each child is treated, without exception, with kindness and respect. As a parent, I have always found the lines of communication between the staff at CCH and myself open at all times. I am notified during the day with her achievements and the activities they have been involved in. At pick up time, the teachers are ready to tell you about their day in detail.

I was always hesitant to send my daughter to preschool, however, I cannot recommend this pre school enough. It is small and a “home away from home”.

All the staff are so thoughtful and go above what’s expected to cater to every child individually. I especially like that the teachers are a constant and have worked for a long time at the school.
